Annie Waesche, owner of Body and Soul Health and Wellness, Inc., has provided therapeutic massage services in the Evergreen area since 1999.
Annie's massage style has been described as impactful, compassionate and intuitive. With a sensitive touch, she powerfully unwinds the tension in her clients bodies while creating a space for deep relaxation. Annie believes that relieving chronic discomfort and effectively managing stress through bodywork, breathwork, yoga, and proper nutrition, will allow the body to repair itself to a balanced state.
A graduate of the Delta Medical Institute and the Cottonwood School of Massage, Annie is trained in various modalities of therapeutic massage and bodywork including Swedish and deep tissue massage, neuromuscular and trigger point therapies, reflexology, polarity therapy and Reiki. Along with practicing massage she is a certified yoga teacher and Access Consciousness Bars practitioner and facilitator.
Annie is passionate about helping people find healing from within, and supporting them along their healing journey. When she is not guiding a class, massaging, or coaching, Annie enjoys her time in the mountains playing with her three dogs and sharing fabulous home cooked meals with friends. Blessed be!
